Our Food

Our food is a nod to traditional styles of cookery which have played a key role in the creation of classic dishes such as Fillet of Beef Wellington, sumptuously filled and elegantly decorated pies to rich, garlicy dauphinoise potatoes to traditionally prepared cuts of the finest pork into Italian Porchetta.

Our food is made by chefs, not processed in some industrial factory somewhere laden with additives and preservatives, Wellingtons and wine is about real food, made by hand using the freshest ingredients sourced from our local butcher, fishmonger and greengrocer, food, how it used to be made by our grandparents, fresh, healthy, tasty food – Proper food.
